Organize Your Desktop With Fences

Let’s all accept the fact that we mostly cover our desktop with a whole lot of icons, shortcuts, folders that even we get confused. I came around with a software that solves this problem.

Fences is an application that customizes your desktop in different sections. You can even create your new ‘fence’ and store the icons and this really un-clutters the whole desktop. Recommended for everyone who likes filling their desktops a lot.

Here’s a screenshot of my desktop. Click to enlarge

Now this is my desktop after installing Fences!

I recommend this for all PC users.

Firefox 4 Coming Soon

After a long, long, really long! development stage, Mozilla might release its much anticipated web browser Firefox 4. This will be a great news for all Firefox users because this version supports hardware acceleration even on older operating systems like windows xp. This version also has new features like-

  • Better Add on manager
  • New UI
  • Hardware Acceleration
  • A New Javascript Engine (Jagger Monkey)

and  more.
The only problem I face with Firefox as it still chugs down a lot of memory but I guess it will be worth it for the new features that has been introduced in this browser.
The current version is the release candidate and feels much faster than the previous beta versions and Firefox 3.6

Lets hope it comes sooner this time!
